Knights of Light (“KOL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of Nevada residents and complies with applicable Nevada privacy and data security laws, including Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 603A.
This Nevada Addendum supplements the Knights of Light Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Nevada consumers.
1. Nevada Consumer Rights — Sale of Covered Information
Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340), Nevada residents have the right to direct an operator not to sell certain covered information.
Important Notice
Knights of Light does not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
However, Nevada residents may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information in the future.

We will respond to verified requests in accordance with Nevada law.
2. Categories of Covered Information Collected
Consistent with NRS 603A, Knights of Light may collect the following categories of covered information from Nevada residents, as applicable:

We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide our membership and coordination services.
3. How We Protect Nevada Resident Information
Pursuant to NRS 603A.210, Knights of Light maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.
Our safeguards include, where appropriate:

4. Data Disposal Practices (NRS 603A.200)
Knights of Light takes reasonable measures to securely dispose of personal information when it is no longer required for business or legal purposes.

5. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell Nevada residents’ covered information.

6. Security Breach Notification
In the event of a data security incident involving personal information, Knights of Light will provide notifications as required under NRS 603A.220–603A.230, where applicable.
7. Minors
Knights of Light does not knowingly sell (and does not currently sell) the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to This Nevada Addendum
We may update this Nevada Addendum from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
